Cavericiore 'a 'nzalata
Ingredients:
1,5 Kg. of cauliflowers, 200gr. of anchovies, 100gr. olives and capers
200gr. peppers pickled.
In water and salt you dip the cauliflower in pieces. After the cooking, season him/it with the vinegar, the oil, the anchovies and the capers. Once cooled, you unite the all with the olives, the cut peppers and add you the vinegar.
